Game played blind, with audio responding to input, but no video signal.

The custom digital to analog IC for video had obviously been changed in the past as a lot of solder flux was on the board.  (Same custom IC as Dark Adventure).  In the fact the problem was just a single pin had a bad connection – when resoldered video returned and the game was 100% again.
